Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you are wanting to book in for a colour service, I require a consultation prior to booking hair appointment. This will ensure that you get booked in for the correct service and we can discuss your hair needs:)

  • I completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours before your appointment so I can offer the spot to another client.

    No deposit or credit card is required to book, but I do kindly ask that you respect my time and the time of other clients. Frequent no-shows may affect your ability to book in the future.

  • I accept credit, debit cards, & cash! I DO NOT accept amex.
